Size 10 x 5 x 4"" thick polished on the face edges with a flashed center panel to contrast the text. Referred to as "double processing" in the monument business to produce the highest quality monument engraving. The sides are natural stone as shown.

Design Process
Once we receive your order, we will create a graphic proof and send it to your email address you have attached to this account. We strive to get these out in 24 hr. from purchase so if you do not see this please check spam on your email account. You are responsible for the proofing of that graphic please take time to do so. Once you approve that will be what is engraved on the granite and this cannot be changed. Sometimes the size of the file will place it there. Once we have your approval we will engrave and ship. We will have this shipped in 5-10 days.
Shipping
We ship these stones in USPS priority mail. We have been so for many years now. Please understand the boxes take a beating by the carriers but we have found through our experience of literally shipping 10's of thousands of these that how we pack and how we ship is by far the best method.
Damage or lost shipments
USPS has over the years has lost about .05 packages. So, this can happen- tracking is provided and if your stone has not arrived in 3-4 days check tracking and let us know. If they have lost your package we will replace and file the claim. If there is damage please take a picture of the plaque and send to us. We will file the claim and engrave a replacement and ship. Damage must be reported the day of delivery.
